Kostomar work in exclusive and sole UK partnership with a mill in Spain that produces sustainable eco fabrics using their own "Recover" recycled fibres that are produced by its sister mill under the same roof. They are the biggest GRS certified producer of Recycled Cotton fibre in Europe. The image above is a fabric we developed with them and its made from brushed Recycled Natural Linen and Recycled Cotton. Zero water, pesticides, chemicals or dyes were used in the production of its fibres. It was woven in a mill whose electricity is largely generated by the solar panels on its roof, thus harnessing the sun's energy to power the looms.

But this gorgeous fabric's miniscule environmental footprint, its beautiful textured look and peach skin handle belies its performance - it has a martindale rub test of 35k which makes it suitable for anything up to and including General Contract Upholstery. It also drapes beautifully for generously weighted luxurios curtains. It is available from stock in our Ipswich warehouse in one roll minimums and a next day delivery. Kostomar work in partnership with One Tree Planted, and for every roll of this "Lino Recover" fabric that is sold, 3 trees are planted.

We have literally hundreds of other recycled fabrics in all weights and weaves sitting with our partners in Spain, and because we have trucks coming over from the mill every week, they can be in the UK in no time.

We firmly believe that primarily a fabric must be beautiful with huge aesthetic appeal. If it isnt truly stunning then it has little value.
